Does my pet need to be vaccinated to board?
For boarding, we require that your pet be on these three vaccines: distemper-parvo (DHP-PV), Bordetella, and Rabies. We also require your pet to have an intestinal parasite check done within the last year. If the parasite check was positive, the pup will have to have been dewormed.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Do you board all pets?
We do not board aggressive pets.
Do you administer medications?
We do administer meds for a low cost fee.
Can I check out the place?
You are welcome to come tour our facilities and meet the staff. We look forward to meeting you!
Why is no one picking up the phone on the weekends?
We do not answer the phone on the weekends as we are spending time caring for the furbabies.
Can I board even if i'm not a client of Southside Veterinary Center?
Even if you are not a client of Southside Veterinary Center, you are more than welcome to board with us at Northside Boarding Center.
What are your hours?
Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM, 3 PM – 6 PM
What are your hours on the weekend?
8 AM – 9 AM, 5 PM – 5:30 PM
Can my pet get extra play time?
We do offer extra play time for the fur babies as well for a low-cost fee.
